Acts 9:17 describes Ananias laying hands on Saul. Ananias was a stranger to Saul. But by obeying Jesus, he laid hands on Saul and transformed his life.
Our nation has lost confidence in touch as an appropriate means of communicating love and affection. And even most Christians don’t believe that there is virtue in the laying on of hands. Today, touching a stranger is potentially dangerous. People from Presidents to Supreme Court justices have been accused of inappropriate touch, and the entire nation is now keeping their hands to themselves. Hear how this powerful gift that God has given us can be used as we maintain both the appropriateness of touch and the confidence of spiritual power at the same time.

In the Song of Solomon, we see the romance between the King of Israel and his true love. Many have suggested it is an allegorical picture of the modern day church and Christ the King. Be encouraged as you listen to this message that even when we don't feel His presence, He is still there walking alongside us in life. We can be certain that Jesus is alive and as believers of the Gospel He is always near us, fighting for us, protecting us, covering us, interceding for us and we have the confidence that He will always be with us even to the end of the world.
